This course given an overview of instruments, introduction to measuring system and basic statistical data analysis of the measured results. The main objective of the course is to study about transducers used for measuring different physical quantities like temperature, light, humidity, pressure, vibration/shock, magnetism and ultrasonic etc. This course is also intended to make students familiar with implementation of data acquisition systems using LabVIEW.
